Process:
1. Define the final deliverable and done criteria.
2. Identify major phases (3-7).
3. Break each phase into 2-6 concrete tasks.
4. Estimate hours for each task.
5. Order tasks by dependency (what must happen first).
6. Mark which tasks I can do now vs. need to learn/delegate.
7. Give a week-by-week plan to the deadline.

Each task must be actionable: start with a verb, include the deliverable.
